On August 3rd, after waiting 6 months without the sink being shipped I cancelled rhe order and requested a refund. I was told the refund would be sent within 5 business days. After more than two months I have not received my refund. I have tried to contact Super Arbor numerous times via online chat, email and telephone. No one returns my messages.

I read the reviews and was hesitant about purchasing floors from Super Arbor, but the price difference was too good to pass up. I don’t know how or why others have had issues, because I found the entire process to be smooth, easy, and I got exactly what I expected. Communication was excellent and delivery was prompt. Arbor had the product, just not in stock. Arbor had the product in stock when I was unable to locate it at several other locations.
