It had a sharps disposal in the bathroom for patients. I got the feel that the majority of the guests staying their were either patients at MD Anderson or were doing some sort of training. The hotel had a nice indoor pool and a decent gym. I would recommend this hotel for patients or people doing business or training at MD Anderson.This is really a no-brainer for MD Anderson patients. The convenience of being able to go directly to your room after cancer treatments is worth any negatives of the Hotel itself. Having said this, the Hotel needs updating. It is managed by Marriott and it is furnished and designed like a 1980/1990 Marriott Hotel.
