I started looking at the Progressive 944 again. I called Progressive and they assured me that the 944 does have a life time warranty. "If you wear it out, send it back and we will replace it." Interesting comments on the AXEO. It seems like the cartridge type suspensions (AXEO, Progressive, possibly Ohlins) are all somewhat stiffer than a system that uses the dampener with modified holes and/or emulator (Race Tech, Pro Action, progressive). The AXEO seems to use a collar where Mono Tubes use plastic clips.
