TPR really offers a solid foundation if you like to learn things by reading through a textbook, although it doesn't come close to that of what the 300 page KA notes offers you. Don't need the 300 page. The 300 page doc is essentially a transcription of the khan academy videos. It makes sense to have them up side-by-side, split-screen. You can quickly skim the transcript before watching a vid to see whether you know the content already, or if it's worth a watch. They're like 100 pages based off AAMC outline and alot more dense than KA doc lots of clean tables perfect for memorizing from. As someone who consistently was unable to score higher than 127 on cars (across probably 10 FLs and 126 on real) and got 131 on P/S, personally don't agree with this CARS 2.0 idea.
